You can use the prepaid return label inside the box for exchange or returns. Please note the return parcel should be packed in a sealed bag and the return label should be sticked on the package, once its ready you can drop it at the post office near you.

You can visit our Shop in Westfield Stratford city or Westfield White city for an exchange only. You still need to notify us through email so we can arrange the correct size for you to avoid any disappointment.
We are happy to provide full refund or exchange within 14 days of 'original' purchase date, if the product is unworn and brought back to us with packaging and receipt in saleable condition.
Please Note:
Used means even if it’s worn for 10 minutes whether at home or outdoor. We shall refuse any exchange or refund if we suspect that the product has been used or don't have proper packaging.
A new shoe may cause bruises if it's not bought in the right size or if you have delicate skin, so make sure you have bought the correct size as we can't be held liable for that and we may refuse any exchange or refund in such occurrence.
We offer free returns or exchanges for UK Customers only. For overseas orders, the return or exchange costs must be borne by the customer.
