To obtain a full refund your must adhere to the conditions in our returns policy.
Greywalk offers a hassle free refund. To obtain a full refund your must adhere to the conditions in our returns policy. To obtain a full refund you must:
- Notify us by email within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
- You must provide us with a copy of the original “proof of purchase”
- The item must be in an unused and new condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Any branded exterior packaging must be undamaged and complete.
If all the above conditions are met, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product at our warehouse.
The amount will then be returned to your account within the following 5-7 working days by your bank, the refund will be returned to the same card/account used for the original purchase.
Fabworth LTD. has no control over repayment terms once a refund has been issued to your associated bank account.
